Our scope of expertise at Hensley Industries is in total factory and plant relocations.  The team at Hensley Industries has moved entire companies to new locations, as well as relocated complete departments within a plant.  In recent years, Hensley Industries has played a role in the relocation projects of Ford Motor Company, General Electric, G.E. Security, Duke Energy and the City of Cincinnati.  Throughout numerous USA airports, we have installed multiple security devices for our Homeland Security in association with the TSA, more efficiently and far less expensive than any other company.  From oversized loads to assembly lines to presses, Hensley Industries has a proven record in strategic plant relocations and specialty projects, with an emphasis on limited down time.

Machinery Movers

 

Moving odd-sized, oversized or delicate machinery can be a challenge, unless you turn to Hensley Industries.  Our skilled, experienced moving technicians can expertly dismantle and reassemble machinery of all sizes and our unlimited equipment and manpower insure your machinery will be transported safely and efficiently.

 

Crane Rental

 

Need a lift?  Hensley Industries’ equipment is available by the hour, day, week, or month, and priced to fit your budget.  You can rent our cranes and use your own certified operator, or use our operating engineers whose ongoing training and certification allow them to operate lift trucks and cranes with capacities up to 500 tons.  We have 24 hour service, 365 days a year.

 

Steel Fabrication

 

The employees of Hensley Industries have over 100 years combined experience in the steel fabrication and erection business.  With this kind of knowledge, no job is too large or too small.

 

Specialized Move

 

When a 280-ton pedestrian walkway needed to be repositioned, Hensley Industries was contracted to perform the job safely and just in time for the Cincinnati Reds opening day.

 

Specialized Hauling

 

Hensley Industries' fleet of late-model tractors and trailers in a variety of configurations allows us to handle most any of your hauling needs either across town or across the country.  Hensley Industries is known for its unique and exceptionally well-maintained equipment.  Therefore, you can count on safe and on-time arrival.

 

Placing Machinery

 

Precisely positioning a 76,000 lb. bailer in tight quarters is not an easy task if you don't have specialized equipment like this 65-ton Tri-lifter.  Hensley Industries is known for its numerous unique and exceptionally well maintained equipment.

 

Offloading Materials

 

Whether it's a 36,000 lb. piece of engraved British granite or your machinery or product, trust Hensley's experience in the field to load and offload it safely, cost efficiently and most importantly, with care.

 

Warehousing and Storage

 

With over 500,000 square feet of climate-controlled space, Hensley Industries can provide warehouse and storage, as well as the ability to pick up, offload and deliver to your jobsite.
